Jeremy J. Michalek (me-HA-leck or Michałek), aka. "J", is a professor of Mechanical Engineering and Engineering & Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University.

Brief Biography

Jeremy J. Michalek is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering and of Engineering and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University. He is the founding director of the Design Decisions Laboratory and an active member of the Green Design Institute and the Center for Product Strategy and Innovation. His research focuses on systems optimization, design for market systems, green design and environmental policy.
