You have provided a great deal of useful information here. However, it is a little spread out and unfocused. For instance, in the opening you mention numerous materials upon which this process would work. Materials are then not remarked upon again until the end where you mention them again in conjunction with specific types of bits. It might be nice to consolidate the information a bit more. In addition, you mention that there are different kinds of drilling and drill bits without going into much detail. A great deal of detail is not necessary, however a little more information about which kind of bits or machines might be needed to do certain jobs would be appreciated. Perhaps labeling the different kinds of bits in the picture you provided and what kind of job they can do.
An important point which you do not touch on, however, is price. Perhaps some rough estimates for drill presses of various sizes and types might be appropriate, as that can be an important part of the decision making process. You mention its relative inexpensiveness, and this is fine, however, does using various types of drilling effect this? And what of the time commitment?
Overall, this is a very good informational page, however a bit more information and organization could make it a great one.
