Overall, we feel that you have done an admirable job with this informational section, if it is a little sparse. You cover what materials can be used, and it's major uses decently, while giving a little bit of background on the process. However, you don't really cover the machine's limitations very well. For instance, it might be difficult to make something donut shaped, or with any holes in it using this method alone. What kind of material thicknesses can it produce? What kind of effect does vacuum forming have on the properties of the material? You mention food containers often, as well as boat hulls. The containers sound flimsy, while the hulls would require rigidity and strength. Is this because of the different materials used? More information on the properties of the materials, and what materials should be used for what kind of projects would be useful. Additionally, do these different materials require different machines, or will an initial investment for one machine allow for the use of numerous materials? And it is important that we know what kind of financial investment one of these machines would require. We would recommend that you address these points summarily before attending to other matters.
