He received M.S degree in Sabanci University, Turkey where he worked as a research and teaching assistant under supervision of Professor Gullu Kiziltas. He received double B.Sc. degrees in mechatronics engineering with honors from Kocaeli University, Turkey and Bochum University of Applied Sciences, Germany. His major was Control Systems and Robotics. He completed his bachelor project in collaboration with INNOTEC High Engineering GmbH, Germany where he designed and prototyped the controller and RF based remote control of an air treatment system which was to be released into market.
In 2002, he was chosen as one of the 20 people from over 5000 candidates who could become one of the successful business leaders and future visionaries of Turkey in 2020 by YGA. YGA is a non-profit civil organization that brings together pioneers, leaders and entrepreneurs.
